MüritzProms with a difference: in 2025, the stage at Waren's city harbor will become the setting for an opera thriller.
Puccini's "Tosca" is set in politically explosive times and has all the ingredients for an exciting evening with love, sex and crime. But above all, it is the passionate music with its multifaceted colors that captivates the listener from the very first bar.

She made her debut at the Landestheater Neustrelitz in 2022 as Tatyana in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin. Gerardo Garciacano (baritone) takes on the role of Scarpia. Born in Mexico, he has developed an extensive repertoire at the theaters in Dortmund, Bern, Strasbourg, Cologne and Salzburg, among others. - The Korean tenor Kwonsoo Jeon has already appeared as Mario Cavaradossi at the Staatstheater Braunschweig and will enchant the audience with one of the most famous arias from the world of opera: "Und es leuchten die Sterne" - "E lucevan le stelle".
