The art of conscious walking

 

Those who move mindfully can become part of nature.

We turn a walk in the countryside into a lively and refreshing mindfulness practice. This does not require an extraordinary destination, no, we stay true to our urban surroundings. Because living mindfulness should always and everywhere find a place in our everyday lives.

Exercise in nature and fresh air already have a beneficial effect in most cases: we take a deep breath and calm down. If we now incorporate our mindfulness practice, the result is a clear perception and authentic experience.

when we open our hearts, we can't help but realize that our world is a magical place."


In nature, it is easier for us to sense when we are preoccupied with our thoughts and when we are open to the reality of the moment. Into this reality, we gradually reawaken and sharpen our senses. We practise adopting an open and interested attitude and perceiving our surroundings with an unbiased eye.


No big deal, just a mindful walk.
