We turn a walk in the countryside into a lively and refreshing mindfulness practice. This does not require an extraordinary destination, no, we remain true to our urban surroundings. Because living mindfulness should always and everywhere find a place in our everyday lives.
In nature, it is easier for us to sense when we are preoccupied with our thoughts and when we are open to the reality of the moment. We gradually reawaken and sharpen our senses to this reality. We practise adopting an open and interested attitude and perceiving our surroundings with an unbiased eye.
No big deal, just a mindful walk.
