Wild fruits and berries
We can still find them in hedgerows, forest edges and wild field margins, the wild fruits of blackthorn, rosehip and hawthorn, to name but a few.
From these delicious treasures, we can not only conjure up wonderfully tasty dishes, but also refreshing jams, liqueurs and medicinal teas.
In this seminar, I would like to introduce you to these wonderful, native trees and shrubs, show you how and where they grow and tell you what can be harvested and when.
I will also show you what place these trees and shrubs had and can have again in your pantry or herbal medicine cabinet.

In the practical part, we will make a liqueur together from fresh berries and mix a wild berry tea, a vitamin bomb for the fall and winter.
The offer is aimed at adults and children aged 12 and over.
The seminar lasts approximately 3 hours, of which 1.5 hours are planned for theory/exchange and 1.5 hours for practice.
The fee includes all documents and materials.
I only work with ingredients from organic farming or wild harvesting.
