Tiger and Bear on a Great Journey!
With "Oh How Beautiful is Panama," Janosch created a children's book classic more than 40 years ago. The movie of the same name was also a great success in 2006. This in turn now provides the basis for a brand new musical. The little tiger and the little bear set off on an incredible journey to find happiness in the world - with the tiger duck in their luggage, of course. They encounter many animals, such as the traveling donkey Mallorca, the monkey Bong, a rather crazy herd of cows and many other creatures that ask them for directions. They fall off a bridge and get stranded in a storm on a lonely island. And along the way, the two discover what really matters in life!
The turbulent musical adaptation by author and director Florian Schmidt and composer Reinhold Hoffmann (member of the band HAINDLING) now brings the amusing and philosophical story about friendship, wanderlust and freedom to the stage. As an interactive singing game for globetrotters from the age of 4 - with cheerful songs presented by a live band.
