Music on - out of your head - into your body! When was the last time you danced? Without any previous knowledge, guided by impulses, you are invited to get moving, sometimes quietly, sometimes dynamically, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly. A course for women with dance teacher Birgit Essig. Registration is required on 0174-7756845.
When was the last time you danced? Just for pleasure and all for yourself? The course invites you to become aware of yourself and your body and to start moving. There is no right or wrong, no good or bad, no pressure to perform or set choreographies. Impulses invite you to try things out and recharge yourself with new energy through dance.
The focus is on the joy of movement. This opens up a feel-good space in which everyone can feel welcome with their own movement: A refueling station for body and soul.
A course for women, whether locals or vacation guests.
What to bring: comfortable clothing, light sneakers or non-slip socks (or barefoot), a drink
No previous knowledge is necessary to participate.

The course is free of charge and a donation for room rental is welcome.
