Open air in the museum park of the Schliemann Museum Ankershagen
The joy of dancing cannot be confined within stylistic boundaries. If you look at the history and repertoire of the Deutsche Tanzkompanie, this is impressively confirmed. The renowned and international ensemble has its roots in folklore, has taken a remarkable path to modern dance theater and is equally at home in (neo-)classical ballet. The audience at this special open-air event in the museum park of the Schliemann Museum in Ankershagen can expect individual class and a large, varied program - ranging from pas de deux to powerful group images. Dramatic scenes, dance poetry, fiery and fluid movements and champagne-like waltzes meet contemporary dance. Let yourself be carried away!
Ticket holders will be granted half-price admission to the museum from 4 pm
From 5 p.m., grilled sausages, cold drinks, sandwiches and homemade lemonade will be offered by Aris Food-Trailer.
Should bad weather conditions prevent the performance of the dance festival on 04.08.2024, the event will be rescheduled for Sunday, 15.09.2024. The tickets purchased for 04.08.2024 will then be valid for the alternative date or the purchase price will be refunded on request.
