Gerd and Thomas Natschinski created an absolute father and son novelty. Rarely does something like this happen in the musical world. They worked together artistically for the first and only time in the film, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Nobody could have guessed that this film would one day become cult in history. Journalist and DT 64 presenter Christine Dähn did a major interview with Gerd Natschinski in Block B of the radio program during his lifetime and later wrote the biography "Verdammt, wer hat das Klavier erfunden" (Damn, who invented the piano) about Thomas Natschinski. This new concert reading has been created from the wealth of informative and musical memories of father and son Natschinski.
