On the saddle, get set, go! Cycling for a good cause. 1 kilometer = 1 cent donation for the Neustrelitz traffic watch.
For the fifth time, the Residenzstadt Neustrelitz is taking part in the popular CITY CYCLING for the climate in cooperation with the Leea. From 02.09. - 22.09.2022, teams and individual participants are being sought to collect kilometers for climate protection and health on their bicycles. This year, the kilometers cycled will be converted into a donation. For every kilometer cycled, one cent will be donated to a project of Verkehrswacht MST in the area of children and youth work. The traffic watch urgently needs a new mobile traffic light system for traffic education training. The new technology costs around 4,000 euros. The sponsorship is provided by neuwo, the municipal utilities and the Zornikau driving school. We are very pleased about this. Other sponsors are cordially invited to participate.
The tour starts at 3 pm at the Neustrelitz market square and leads through the town to the Theater Werkstatt, where a guided tour will take place at 4 pm . The length of this tour is 13 km.
