The association Laufteam Rügen invites you to the Baaber Heidelauf.
Baabe Heidelauf - Karl-Heinz-Bleßmann Memorial Run
Year after year, several hundred athletes of all ages come together in September to run the courses of varying lengths around Baabe. Organized by the running team Rügen. Start and finish in the stadium in Baabe.
Distances:
2 km (junior running cup U10, U12, U14)
6 km (Running Cup U16, U18)
10 km (Running Cup U 20 and from W60, M70+)
15 km (Running Cup W20 - W55, from M20)
The 2 km runners start in the stadium, run once to the turnaround/feed point in the Baaber Heide and back to the stadium.
The 6km and 10km runners start like the 2km runners, but then go on the varied 4km loop through the Baab Heath and on the beach promenade at the turnaround point. The 6 km runners run the loop once, the 10 km runners twice and then return to the stadium.
The 15 km runners first complete 2 and three-quarter laps in the stadium and then follow the other runners into the forest. The above lap is to be completed 3 times before returning to the stadium.
