In September 1963, the writer Wolfgang Schreyer invites his secretary to his summer house in Ahrenshoop. For the then 18-year-old Ingrid Mittelstrass, this romance on the Baltic Sea - which became a lifelong partnership - opened up a world into the GDR art scene.
