This series of workshops will guide you through the garden year and all types of preserving. From fermenting, pickling, making liqueurs, oils and vinegars, drying, candying and preserving, everything is included. This time we will show you various delicious methods of preserving tomatoes.
In August, we process tomatoes - what can you do when there are lots of tomatoes, they are overripe and need to go? We cook tomato sauce, make tomato chutney and dehydrate tomatoes.
What can you expect?
