Exhibitions and Galleries, Tourist information and welcome centres, family-friendly, barrier-free

The Max Hünten House - modern and innovative - the place for meeting - the center of photography Zingst! Many facilities under one roof!

Since its opening about 10 years ago, the Max Hünten Haus has become a center of attraction within the Baltic health spa Zingst. The MAX, as the building with its striking modern architecture is now known for short, is the central point of contact for photography in Zingst and houses, in addition to two libraries, a gallery and the photo school equipped with the latest technology, the EPSON Digraphy Certified Print Studio Zingst.

A plus is the rental service for cameras, lenses, binoculars and special accessories. The OLYMPUS brand is represented with its own counter for the OLYMPUS PEN and OM-D models. A real attraction also for buyers - the LEICA BOUTIQUE with the brand's products from the camera and sports optics segments. New in the print studio - the EPSON-Surelab: This printer can be used to print smaller formats in six colors quickly and easily. Also ideal for vacation photos!

Another plus for holidaymakers and Zingst residents is the tourist information office: it is easy to reach thanks to its short distances, connection to the bus stop and proximity to the Bodden harbor. Situated between school facilities and kindergarten, the media, information and cultural center has established itself within a very short time as an important attraction for guests and residents in Zingst. The conference halls, seminar and exhibition rooms, equipped with state-of-the-art IT, are ideal venues for photo workshops, seminars and lectures. Constantly changing exhibitions as well as concerts, multimedia lectures and events of all kinds round off the program.

For families and children, the library offers a large selection of children's books, games and DVDs. Children's events are held regularly at the Max Hünten Haus.
