The sustainably built vacation homes Strandweiss & Strandgrau are located in Zinnowitz on the Island of Usedom. They are close to the beach - only 500m from the Baltic Sea.

You will find sustainability at its best with us. The ecological, highly insulated wooden construction with triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating ensure coziness, comfort and energy efficiency. In combination with the PV system on the roof and a heat pump, we use the many hours of sunshine on Usedom for heating, hot water and via the wallbox for your e-vehicle. Each house offers 140 m² of space for 8 people. You have 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area offers you enough space for cooking and dining for 8 people. Also in the living room you can all relax on two large comfortable sofas. For a cozy atmosphere in the evening, the house is equipped with high quality lights, some of which are dimmable. So that you are also connected to the world during your vacation, there is a free internet connection with WLAN. You will find special relaxation in your private spa with dry sauna & soft sauna with warm steam. An additional highlight is the bathtub with beauty effect and sound. Prima you can also spend a relaxing time in STRANDWEISS or STRANDGRAU with a friendly family or the grandparents, because within each house you have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at your disposal. We are looking forward to your visit!
