We offer you a modern and comfortably furnished vacation home for 2-4 persons. It is located in a quiet location directly on the house lake. From our jetty you can always jump into the water and fish or row out with the boat.
Located on a peninsula between the Haussee and the Breiter Luzin, the house was completely renovated in 2016/2017 and modern and lovingly furnished.
It offers 70 sqm of living space with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 living room with open kitchen and fireplace.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room there is 1 flat screen TV, radio, a cozy sitting area and 1 dining table.
To the house belongs a lawn with barbecue facilities and a car parking space directly on the fenced property.
Also a covered terrace overlooking the lake offers you the opportunity to enjoy the peace and nature in any weather.
A sandbox and toys should also please the children. The use of the available bicycles is free of charge without warranty and at your own risk.
Out of consideration for our non-smoking guests, we ask all smokers to understand that smoking is not allowed in the house, for this you can use the outdoor area. In addition, it is ideal for people allergic to animal hair, as pets are not allowed.
The rental price is 100,00 € per night for 2 persons, minimum rental period is 3 nights from May to October. For each additional person 10,00 € per night will be charged. The final cleaning costs 70,00 €.
The price includes 1x bed linen, towels, tea towels, utilities and use of the rowing boat.
The spa administration charges a tourist tax of 1.50 €/day and person over 12 years.
