An ideal place for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation are our two adjacent vacation homes in the bungalow settlement "Stolteraa" in Dietrichshagen-Warnemünde. They offer comfortable coziness in a quiet location only 200 m from the beach. The houses are modern, well maintained and heatable.
Our two vacation homes were completely renovated in 2013. They offer comfortable coziness in a quiet, sunny location only 200 m from the beach. They are modern, well-maintained, heatable, thus usable all year round and have a south-facing terrace. The houses are lovingly and functionally furnished. The separate bedroom (with window) has a large double bed. In the combined living and dining room (with TV and radio) the double sofa bed offers space for two people.
The equipment includes, in addition to a modern bathroom (shower / WC), a Swedish kitchen with cooking facilities, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, grill oven, microwave, dishes, etc..In cooler temperatures, a modern infrared heater provides the
necessary heat.
Both cottages are located directly next to each other and are therefore ideal for friendly families or smaller groups. They are equipped for a maximum of four people each. Garden furniture and a grill are available for free use on the terrace. The location of the houses invites you to go swimming, cycling or hiking. In the vicinity there is an equestrian farm. In addition, you can reach the center of Warnemünde in a few minutes by public transport. Many stores, cafes as well as quaint pubs and restaurants invite you to stay.
