From Sassnitz the MS JAN CUX sails with up to 50 people to the best fishing grounds off and around Rügen.

MS JAN CUX is stationed in Sassnitz since 2009 and is one of the most popular fishing vessels in the Baltic Sea. This ship was built of solid steel for use in the North Atlantic, so the ship lies calmly in the water even in stormy seas.

The main target fish on the deep sea fishing trips is cod. But also herring, whiting, flatfish, pollack and garfish are caught in large numbers. In addition to ample space for up to 50 anglers, there are also 2 cozy lounges and a sun deck. On the fishing trips breakfast and lunch (freshly cooked, of course) are free of charge.

In addition to fishing trips, the ship also offers excursions to the chalk coast, social trips and burials at sea.
