Exhibitions and Galleries, Ateliers and Workshops

The hall of the Beach Hall hosts many of the traditional events, such as the Art Auction and the Literature Days. Throughout the year, study, painting and artist groups also use the rooms. The guest house has ten modern double rooms.

The 200 m² hall of the event house "Strandhalle" hosts many traditional events of the village. In 1998, the spa administration erected this replacement building for an existing barrack of the same name. In addition to the hall and a lounge/studio room of about 60 m², the Strandhalle has an attached guest house with 10 modern double rooms. Throughout the year, study, painting and artist groups also use the premises for workshops, seminars and small exhibitions.

A small overview of the multitude of events illustrates the importance of the building project at that time. The hall hosts such important events as the Long Night of Art, the Postcard Exchange, cabaret performances, concerts, events organized by the municipality and the Tourist Association, theater performances, the Ahrenshooper Art Auction and its previews, the village's carnival celebrations, events organized by the Barrel Association and other associations, the Literature Days Sales Fair and some art exhibitions. It is also possible to rent the premises for private parties at the Ahrenshoop spa administration.
