The vacation home
In the ecologically oriented housing estate "KIEK ÖVER - Leben am Meer", the individual plots are separated from each other without fences only by small ditches. This results in a park-like setting with mature trees and wide views, which blends harmoniously into the landscape.
The vacation home Kiek Över 6, located directly behind the dyke, is part of a semi-detached house in timber construction. It was built in 1996 and has ground and second floors on an octagonal floor plan. A total of 120 m² of living space, a terrace and a garden with an outdoor seating area are available.
A large south-facing living room with open kitchen and wood-burning stove, a heated conservatory (12 m²), a guest WC with shower as well as the entrance area and a utility room with separate entrance make up the first floor. The conservatory with sunshade is accessible from the living room and, like the living room, has access to the terrace.
A stylish wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, four adults can use two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a room with a bunk bed for two children. All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. On the same floor there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, two washbasins and a shower.
The furnishings in all rooms and the kitchen are comfortable and modern, as is the technical equipment. The entire first floor with conservatory and the bathroom on the upper floor have underfloor heating, while the other rooms have conventional radiators.
The vacation home includes a carport 20 m from the house and a parking space right next to the house. High-quality outdoor furniture and the obligatory barbecue invite you to spend relaxing hours away from the beach. An outdoor sauna is available for sauna enthusiasts.
