The spa town of Waren (Müritz) on Germany's largest inland lake is the starting point for this beautiful bike tour. Before setting off in the direction of Federow, you should take time to visit the accessible MÜRITZEUM. The city harbor offers a wonderful ambience for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat at the Leddermann Restaurant and Café.
Leaving Waren in a southerly direction, the route leads past green forests and fields, first to the village of Federow. Special experiences in the National Park are available at the accessible National Park Information in Federow. Whether live transmission of pictures from an osprey nest or direct observation of the birds - both are unforgettable experiences. It is worth taking a detour to Priesterbäker See with its accessible jetty.
The next waypoint of the tour is Schwarzenhof. Along the shore of the Müritz you can enjoy the nature of the national park. Via the village of Boek you finally reach Rechlin behind the Müritz steep bank. Friends of flying will find their happiness in the Aviation Museum. From Rechlin, you return to Waren (Müritz) by sea on the ships of the White Fleet.
