2-5 p.m. Plein air workshop at the Eldena monastery ruins In this workshop, we will take Caspar David Friedrich's depictions of the ruins of Eldena Abbey as a starting point for creating our own interpretations of the remains of the abbey and the surrounding nature in small plein-air watercolor sketches. The aim is to go home with the feeling of having looked through Friedrich's eyes and to be eager to implement what we have learned in our own works.
