ENSEMBLES OF THE LÜBECK MUSIC ACADEMY
Ricarda Kreuz (harp), Maja Rohde, Lea von Delft, Elisabeth Weber (violins), Lukas Dorfmüller (flute) and Pieter-Jan Belder (harpsichord)
Contrasts in French, baroque music and music of the new era at the beginning of the 20th century: the metropolises of musical performance shifted from the courtly to the bourgeois, from the small circle of the select few to the large audience. The places "Versailles" and "Paris" in the title stand for these two poles. Familiar with the history of music, attuned to the contemporary audience, equipped with the best technical skills and under the guidance of outstanding teachers, the students of the Lübeck University of Music are able to arouse enthusiasm with their enthusiasm and their youthful, fresh approach - an annual highlight of the Schönberg Music Summer!
