Schwerin is well on the way to becoming a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The residential ensemble has been on the list of candidates for the title since 2014. But which buildings - besides the fabulously beautiful palace - actually belong to it? Together with the Welterbe Schwerin Förderverein, we invite you to get to know the buildings, parks and stories behind the World Heritage application!
Do you know which buildings belong to the Schwerin Residence Ensemble and what makes the ensemble so unique? No? We want to change that and therefore invite all Schwerin residents to a free city walk with one of our tour guides once a month throughout the year. The tour starts on the first Sunday of every month at 2 p.m. on the market square in front of the Tourist Information.
