As a piece of nature, our human issues are reflected in the elements of the forest:
➢Air: We observe our thoughts and calm them with breathing and alignment techniques.
➢Fire: Pent-up anger, feelings of powerlessness and overstepped boundaries are channeled through the power of the inner center.
➢Water: We come into feeling and bring our creative parts into the flow.
➢Earth: We dedicate ourselves to the peace and security of Mother Earth through yoga asanas and meditations.
Life and health coach Johanna has been helping people to overcome stress through body and nature work for over ten years. She uses the power of the healing coastal landscape in combination with mindful practices.
