An encounter with the beauty of the universe. Painting by Dr. Halina Horava.
Dr. Halina Horava's creative concept offers a vision of an encounter with the beauty of the universe. She tries to capture this visually with her depictions - a journey to the planets of our solar system. In her depictions, the artist draws on modern astronomical images, but also constructs completely fantastic landscapes. She stages the cosmos in her paintings as a theater of constant and continuous action with unexpected twists and turns that are no less exciting than any earthly event. A frenzy of depth and color!
Dr. Halina Horava was born on March 11, 1972 in Minsk. She studied art design at the State Art College in Minsk and graduated with honors in 1992. She went on to study painting at the Belarusian Academy of Arts from 1993 to 1999.
Halina Horava has been taking part in national and international art exhibitions with her work since 1996. In 2000, she became a member of the Belarusian Artists' Association. She works in the field of staggered painting and has created more than a hundred paintings. Most of her works are dedicated to the theme of space. The artist's paintings can be found in the collections of the National Art Museum of Belarus, the Mogilev Regional Art Museum and in private collections in Belarus, Russia, Germany, the USA and France.
