History and "behind the scenes" short films

Short film 1
"From Carlshagen to Karlshagen ... from fishing village to Baltic resort": That is a long and exciting story. In a compact short film (13 min.) of the association Heimatgeschichte Karlshagen e.V. (created by Horst Lewerenz) you can dive into the historical development of the village from 1829 on and learn, among other things, how the roles of fishing and tourism have changed over time.

"Behind the scenes": Some actors of Karlshagen's tourism talk in interviews about their tasks, their organization, special events, challenge with the issue of waste/sustainability and give insights "behind the scenes" of the Baltic resort. A film (15 min) by Dominik Beeskow and Richard Ehmke, made as part of a study project 2021.
