Radius is one of the hottest German funk bands and has been rocking the stages with its energetic and unmistakable music for over ten years. Hot saxophone solos meet tuff keyboard sounds and the twangy groove of the guitar. With a mixture of backbeat and funky basslines, their music goes straight to the heart and the hip region.

For their latest album "Tight Game", the two band leaders Jonas Vogelsang and Stefan Rey have enriched their funky songs with influences from soul, jazz and pop. The two Cologne natives are now an integral part of the German jazz and pop scene and have gathered friends around them for Radius who work together like a well-oiled machine. As a purely instrumental band, they manage to bring an explosion of feel-good vibes and high-energy brass and guitar riffs to the stage. Everything is subordinated to the groove, sometimes reminiscent of Stevie Wonder and Vulfpeck, sometimes of a mixture of Bob Marley and Herbie Hancock. With their catchy, funky sound, Radius have made a name for themselves in the music scene and have played at renowned festivals such as the Leverkusen Jazz Days and the Bonn Stadtgarten concerts in recent years.
