Greetings from Copenhagen
Jonathan Sievers, organist at the German Protestant parish of St. Petri in Copenhagen, has a program in his luggage that spans from Buxtehude, whom Johann Sebastian Bach visited in Lübeck in 1705, to Bach himself, Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Niels W. Gade and the present day with one of his own compositions. The magnificent Friedrich Albert Mehmel organ in St. Mary's offers everything it needs in terms of sound.
