We are opening our door again - the Karnitz climate farming garden door, a place where we don't know exactly what to expect.
At Karnitz Garden, we combine old traditions with new insights such as Terra Preta, agroforestry systems, water retention basins and a high diversity of species and varieties in our practices for regenerative gardening and agriculture. This diversity creates a large food supply for many insects, and there are colorful splashes of color in the garden in all seasons. At the Karnitzer Gartenlokal, we bring the variety of fruit and vegetables to the table seasonally.
