She has traveled the world as a concert singer: Alexandra Röseler has already showcased her vocal skills in Europe, Asia, America and South Africa.
She has sung at a royal wedding in Monaco and was recently cheered by thousands in China. But her home is Leipzig, the city of Bach.
With a lot of training and hard work, she has made it and is now one of the most renowned mezzo-sopranos internationally. In addition to her work as a singer, the music teacher teaches at the famous Thomanerchor Leipzig and students at music colleges and universities benefit from her skills. Alexandra Röseler regularly collaborates with the Gewandhaus Orchestra and has received international recognition for her concert series "On the Wings of Song", which she founded in the "White House" in Markkleeberg.
Her artistic and pedagogical life's work to date was recognized in a special way in 2012 when she was appointed professor honoris causa.
The piano part on the Grotrian-Steinweg concert grand piano will be played by the conductor Alex Bergstedt, who lives on the island of Rügen.
