Short lecture and discussion with Olaf Schnelle on the topic of "Vegetable cultivation. How do I draw up a cultivation plan? How do I grow in a labor-saving way? Where do I get seeds?
OLAF SCHNELLE is a passionate gardener, fermentation expert, cook and founder of the "Schnelles Grünzeug" farm in Grammendorf. Recently, he also became the author of the cookbook of the same name, "Schnelles Gemüse", which was awarded the German Cookbook Prize. In order to harvest high-quality, organically produced vegetables for top gastronomy, he had to come up with a few ideas. In a short talk, he takes us to his fields and gives us an insight into sustainable gardening. Hobby gardeners will be able to share some tips and tricks for the coming gardening season.
The event is part of the program for Agenda 2030 - the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
