The north sings
In 2024, a host of amateur choirs from all over Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and beyond will once again unite with professional singers and musicians for a magnificent joint performance. This summer, they have chosen music by Ludwig van Beethoven for this impressive joint experience, namely the Fantasia in C minor for piano, choir and orchestra as well as "The Ninth" with its famous final chorus "To Joy". The Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin has been secured as the orchestral partner for this mega-event.
