The Groß Siemen orangery with its surrounding rose park is one of the most romantic venues of the festival summer. Prose texts and nature poetry by Goethe, Rilke and Prince Pückler-Muskau promise a special immersion in the atmosphere of the place, wonderfully enhanced by violin sonatas by Brahms and Beethoven, but also by orchestral pieces by Saint-Saëns and Rimsky-Korsakov, arranged for violin and piano.
