From freshly baked bread made from zoo flour, to zoo honey, to offerings from the zoo's own nursery, guests can learn a lot, taste it, or take it home to try. The finale is a showcase event - the Mill Trail - which was launched in 2021. Here, visitors can set out together with the zoo farmer to grind the farmer's grain into flour. In the process, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about his animals and his traditional tools that help him prepare the grain for the mill.
