Movie night: Alma and Oskar

After the death of composer Gustav Mahler at the beginning of the 20th century, painter Oskar Kokoschka (Valentin Postlmayr) falls in love with his widow Alma (Emily Cox). The two embark on a passionate liaison. But while Oskar becomes increasingly jealous and wants Alma for himself, the young woman strives for freedom and independence. A suitably turbulent costume love drama, the events of which are historically authenticated. They also serve as a vividly painted background for the study of a female character.
