On June 21, 2025, the historic cathedral grounds in Bad Doberan will be transformed into a lively festival of health, nature, mindfulness and creativity.
The day begins at 8:30 am on the beach at Heiligendamm - Germany's first seaside spa.
We will start this special day together with sunrise yoga, a mindful forest moment, conscious immersion in the healing power of water and a festive beach opening ceremony.
Afterwards, inspiring workshops, yoga sessions, ceremonies, creative family activities, healthy food stalls and plenty of space to join in, relax and recharge your batteries await you on the festival grounds.
