Martin Seidemann
Born in Berlin-Pankow in 1950. 1967-1969 evening studies and 1972-1977 painting studies at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee (KHB) Diploma. 1983-86 scholarship as a master student at the Academy of Arts of the GDR. From 1990 freelance teaching: at the Cologne School for Art Therapy, the Bad Reichenhall Academy and the Marburg Summer Academy, among others. 2003-2006 Visiting professor
for artistic fundamentals at the Weißenseer Kunsthochschule, where he has also been a lecturer in stage and costume design since 2010. 2006-2015 Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences. Since 2000 teaching in the Master's program in Art Therapy, from 2011 honorary professor for art practice there. Parallel to teaching, constant work as a freelance painter. Numerous exhibitions and participations in exhibitions since 1978.
