On April 25, 2024, the lecture series will continue at the Nature Park Center. A lecture on wild bees begins at 7 pm. The speaker will be Katja Burmeister, who works for the Sternberger Endmoränengebiet LSE e.V. landscape conservation association. We are delighted to invite you to this multifaceted lecture, which will introduce you to the world of wild bees. Wild bees are fascinating insects. Their way of life is very different from that of honey bees. Where and how do wild bees live? What can everyone do for these small pollinators on their balcony or in their garden? What does a wild bee-friendly garden look like? And which perennials and seed mixtures are suitable? With lots of stories and observation tips, the audience will gain interesting insights into the world of wild bees.
