Wellness & Health, Outdoor Activity

Barefoot walking, refreshing water, herbal knowledge and more: lots of practical tips on the Kneipp philosophy in a relaxed atmosphere on the beach and in the spa gardens. Please bring a towel.

Over 200 years ago, Pastor Sebastian Kneipp developed his holistic healing method, which is based on the interaction of water, exercise, nutrition, herbs and inner balance.
A philosophy that is more relevant than ever for today's needs! "You don't get health from a shop, but from a lifestyle." (Kneipp). The naturopaths Christine Wehweck and Helma Reiß will give you valuable tips suitable for everyday use during a morning walk on the Baltic Sea beach and in the spa park and you will learn about simple water treatments.
