International Bat Night with lecture (19:00) and excursion
This year's International Bat Night will take place at the Damerower Werder bison reserve. Children can come and do handicrafts from 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., nature park manager and bat expert Ralf Koch will give a talk on the subject of "Bats - hunters of the night". From 9 pm, those interested can accompany Ralf Koch on an excursion to the bats' hunting grounds. With the help of a bat detector, the ultrasonic calls of bats will be made audible to us humans.
