WaldZeit - forest health for young and old
In this day and age with all its information and demands, the forest offers an island of peace where we can recharge our batteries.
With certain mindfulness exercises, but also joyful games, we want to recharge our batteries in nature for 90 minutes in order to return to everyday life strengthened.
Age group: for adults and children (from 7 years upwards)
Tour: approx. 1.5 hours, along the beach
Meeting point: Ostseehalle Glowe, Am Kliff 29, 18551 Baltic resort Glowe
Cost: with Glowe/Juliusruh spa card, children & Glowe residents free, otherwise €5
max. 20 participants, participation only possible with pre-registration!
