Our local wild herbs can complement our food selection and help to make our diet and everyday cooking varied and healthy. and everyday cooking varied and healthy.
It's amazing what edible treasures there are in the forest and meadows. In the past, wild plants were used for our daily vegetable needs and unfortunately fell into oblivion. They contain valuable ingredients that we can use.
My aim is to awaken your interest in herbs.
During our wild herb foray through the meadow, riverside areas and my herb garden, we get to know the individual plants in terms of their flower color, leaf structure, distinctive taste and scent. We will talk about how to identify them, how to collect them, how to use them in the kitchen and medicine cabinet, and how to process and store them, and each participant will receive a list of herbs. Registration required up to 2 days in advance!
