Comedy by Coline Serreau, translated from the French by Marie Besson Franco
Together with his mother, his father and his brother Bébert, Hase Hase, the youngest member of the family, lives a seemingly normal life in a very small apartment. For a special mission, aliens have placed the youngest of the family in their midst.
Mr. and Mrs. Hare can finally breathe a sigh of relief: three of their five children are out of the house and Papa Hare will soon receive a decent pension. The eldest son is about to finish his medical studies and the youngest Hare is a math genius.
But this happiness doesn't last long. One by one, all the children return home and seek refuge with the family: the first-born is pursued by the police as a terrorist and taken away, one daughter wants a divorce and the other decides to say "no" at the altar. Even the Hases' elderly neighbor moves in with the family out of loneliness.
But despite the confinement and the threats from outside, the small community sticks together and Mama Hase has to steer the ship through the hurricane ...
