Songs, oldies and international hits from Frank Sinatra to Udo Jürgens
Andreas Pasternack (saxophone, clarinet), Christian Ahnsehl (guitar), Enrique Marcano-González (double bass)
The summer music evening in the garden of the old pharmacy in Schönberg promises to be a wonderful concert experience when cult jazz musician Andreas Pasternack and his band present their current cheerful and upbeat program. With his charisma and his unmistakably cool sound, the popular singer and saxophonist fascinates his audience, who can look forward to a varied mixture of jazz, evergreens and hits.
"Summertime", the song of the same name, conjures up the Mecklenburg August, but the Dean Martin title "Sway with me" or the piece "Petite Fleur" by Sidney Bechet, in which the saxophonist shines on the clarinet, will also conjure up a corresponding feeling in Schönberg. Songs by Udo Jürgens and Frank Sinatra through to the band's own arrangements of popular oldies and international hits round off a program that will be performed excellently and passionately by Andreas Pasternack, Enrique Marcano-González on double bass and Christian Ahnsehl on guitar. Uwe Becker and many hard-working helpers will be on hand with drinks and snacks to ensure that the summer evening is a real feel-good evening all round.
