Exclusive guided tours to parts of the megalithic tombs in Everstorfer Forst on Friday, April 26 from 2:30 pm!
The great interest in this special gem in Everstorfer Forst led to the idea of making the megalithic tombs a tangible experience on site. On Friday, April 26 from 2:30 pm, there will be three exclusive guided tours of parts of the megalithic tombs. The free short tours through the Stone Age will be conducted every half hour by Chiara Engesser. During her project work in 2023, the archaeologist focused on the so-called North and South Group in this area and has produced a new brochure and accompanying flyer for families. The sites near Grevesmühlen offer the rare opportunity to view different types of megalithic tombs in one place and are a fascinating excursion destination in the middle of nature.
An information stand and a small quiz are also planned on site near the parking lot at the southern group on the B 105. The museum team is looking forward to welcoming many guests!
