On this guided tour, a walk through the forest in the Baab Heath vividly demonstrates the many ways in which we can use natural things for food, health and household purposes.
What did people do when there were no supermarkets and no internet to buy and order things to live? They lived from nature and from their crafts. Much knowledge has since been lost or faded into the background.
Participation requirements: good walking ability (it goes uphill and downhill), duration approx. 2.5 hours.
