On the menu of the future: The University of Vechta invites you to talks about the future of fish consumption.
Have you ever heard of salmon or tuna produced in vitro? This is an innovation in which fish food is produced in a special fermenter rather than the traditional way of rearing animals.
As part of a research project at the University of Vechta, we would like to find out what people in Germany think about fish food produced in vitro. We cordially invite you to share your opinion on this innovation with us in a relaxed 2.5-hour discussion over coffee and tea. Everyone who eats fish is welcome - regardless of whether you have any prior knowledge or not! As a thank you, you will receive €50 afterwards.
Feel free to send us a message to johanna.boettcher@uni-vechta.de to
for more information or to register for the group discussion. Please note that participation without registration is not possible.
