You will enjoy an exquisite flying buffet with various tapas and the corresponding champagne varieties, while winemaker Carole Doyard provides insights into the art of champagne production.

The small and very exclusive champagne house looks back on almost 100 years of tradition and is now run by Carole Doyard in the 4th generation.


With around six hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Chardonnay, the winery attaches great importance to sustainable viticulture and traditional production methods.
