Reading with Hans-Joachim Nehring as part of the 23rd Ahrenshoop Literature Days

Blue and green are the colors of Mecklenburg's inland. More than a thousand lakes often lie close together between hills, meadows and forests. Villages line the banks of the waters and adorn them with brick churches, manor houses and castles. Sometimes time almost seems to have stood still. Join us on a literary journey to places of interest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg and Berlin and meet the famous archaeologist and discoverer of Troy Heinrich Schliemann, the Low German poet Fritz Reuter, the writers Ehm Welk, Hans Fallada, Eva and Erwin Strittmatter. Hans-Joachim Nehring became famous as a Prussian diplomat in the NDR and ARTE film production Luise von Preußen. Queen of Hearts. With his literary travel companions, the author has created an endearing monument to the regions of Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg.
