The ultimate fitness throwdown comes to Northern Germany. We bring the ultimate fitness test to Rostock - Warnemünde and let professional fitness athletes from all over Europe compete against each other on the beach, on the promenade and on the pier. On the most beautiful beach in Northern Europe, we will offer three days of fantastic and powerful workouts, including lifting, swimming, running, moving objects and much more, leading to the only functional fitness program in Europe heading to the Baltic Sea.
On site, several booths await day visitors with sports manufacturers, nutritional supplements and sports gear. Of course, free admission is valid for all days on the promenade and in the Sport Beach Arena on the beach at the height of the lighthouse.
Divisions
In 7 different categories (divisions) we offer a total of over 360 athletes from all over Europe the opportunity to compete and compete against each other in the Warnemünde Beach Arena - Rostock/Warnemünde. In addition, the finalists of the professional RX category will compete for a cash prize for 1st to 3rd place.
Friday the 25.08.2023from approx. 15:00 to 18:30

Saturday the 26.08.2023 from 08:30 to 18:00
Three competitions will be held on Saturday. In the Warnemünde beach arena, on the promenade, on the beach and on the west pier, with more than 3000 spectator seats, the teams will perform a triathlon of rowing ergometer, running and some water fun with a dramatic finale.
Sunday 27.08.2023 from 08:00 to 17:30
On Sunday, teams will compete in three to four events. The highlight of the day will be a wild water workout and awards ceremony with great material prizes and prize money.
